35th Annual Wayne Kelly Memorial Top Dog Parade Members from the Lake Chelan Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 6853 and the Manson American Legion, Post 108 combined forces and lead the Top Dog Parade through downtown Chelan on Saturday – March 19, 2022. Pangborn Cadets had a busy month in December. The parents of the Cadets put together a great Christmas party for the Cadets and Senior staff members. The food was outstanding. Cadet/2nd Lt Elijah Rinke and C/SMSgt Isaac Black won gift cards in the drawing contest for sponsoring five or ten wreaths for the Wreath Across America program. As vaccination numbers increase and COVID case counts decrease, a lot of our usual events are “returning to normal” albeit with additional safety precautions still in place. News from The Bunker – Nov 2021

Renovations Since our last report, the Bunker has undergone a complete redo of its physical layout. In addition to the creation of a new wall-mounted shelving for books, the floor has been scrapped and re-painted. What a different that made! On August 21st, 2021 the Pangborn Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol held a Cadet Milestone Reception to honor cadets who had recently passed milestone exams and requirements.
